Antique Art Nouveau brass candle holder,
Elegant, decorative single-flame candle holder made of warm-gold brass in the characteristic Jugendstil style. The exceptionally curved form recalls a stylized plant stem. The broad, organically shaped base is decorated with a sculpted grape leaf and grape motif.
Particularly attractive are the softly flowing lines of the shaft and the curved socket for the candle. The design clearly corresponds to the floral language of Jugendstil, as it often appears around 1900 in brass candlesticks.
