Description from the seller

This rare model is in good, well-maintained vintage condition with age-related signs of wear. The pine wood frame is stable and shows some minor, sometimes more noticeable signs of wear that emphasize the chair's authentic character. The light canvas covers, which are fastened to the wooden frame with sturdy leather straps, are in good condition.

The brown seat and back cushions have faded in the sun and display an even patina. Additionally, there are signs of aging and use. All cushion covers can be easily removed and cleaned. The neck roll is also attached to the frame with leather straps and provides high seating comfort. The matching ottoman consists of the same materials and also shows light, age-appropriate signs of wear as well as a comparable fading of the upholstery.

Peter Ole Schionning designed these chairs in 1969 for Niels Eilersen. The Danish manufacturer N. Eilersen has been producing high-quality furniture since 1895 and gained international fame, particularly for their first-class teak furniture.
