Description from the seller
Lot consisting of 3 bottles of Romano Levi Grappa, produced by the historic Levi Serafino Distillery in Neive, Piedmont, Italy.
The bottles feature the distinctive handwritten and hand-decorated labels that made Romano Levi famous and which are particularly appreciated by collectors.
The lot includes:
* 1 “Vendemmia 1981” bottle, 75 cl, 50% vol., with an original handwritten label on rustic paper.
* 1 “Come Miracolo – Vendemmia 1973 di Angelo Gaja” bottle, approximately 70 cl, 46% vol., with a distinctive handwritten white label.
* 1 herbal grappa bottle, approximately 75 cl, containing an original plant/branch inside the bottle, a characteristic feature of some of Romano Levi’s most decorative and collectible productions.
All bottles appear sealed, with their original Italian tax strips still present. Liquid levels are good considering their age. Labels, capsules and tax seals show natural signs of age and storage, all clearly visible in the photographs.
A very attractive lot for collectors of Romano Levi, historic Italian spirits and artistic grappa bottles.
The bottles will be carefully and securely packed for shipping.
