Rare pair of solid copper wall decorative pans with hand-embossed zodiac signs in relief, handmade Italian craftsmanship from the 1970s.
DESCRIPTION:
• Capricorn mini pan: diameter 15 cm / base 11 cm, Capricorn symbol with stars and a scalloped border.
• Libra mini pan: diameter 15 cm / base 11 cm, symbol of the Justice Libra with scales and a decorative border.
Both with a solid brass handle with a hole for hanging, fixed with 2 copper rivets. On the back, circular maker's stamp. Exterior hammered in relief, interior smooth hammered.
Condition: good vintage condition, original patina, some signs of use on the handle consistent with age.
Age: 1970-1975
Material: hammered copper and brass, interiors not tinned, sold as decorative collectible wall objects.
