In 2009, Taschen published a revised and more accessible edition of the mythical book SUMO by Helmut Newton.

This special edition, released on October 1, 2009 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the original 1999 edition, was entirely supervised by the photographer's widow, June Newton.

The original hardback is present.

The presence of what you call the “notice” is actually a great point! It is the official trilingual booklet titled "The making of Helmut Newton's SUMO". This booklet recounts the behind-the-scenes of the artwork's creation and is indispensable for purists.
