Description from the seller
First edition.
As good as new (see photos), text in English and French.
147 pages. Italianate format.
Very beautiful book tracing through its photos the "printemps de la révolution arabe"."
Published posthumously.
This book is not a tribute to photographer Rémi Ochlik, killed at 28 in Homs, Syria on February 22, 2012 but a continuation of his work.
Rémi Ochlik wanted this book to be a chronicle of the Arab revolution of which he was a witness.
Unfortunately, he did not have time. Rémi Ochlik died during the bombing of Homs in February 2012 during the Syrian uprising of 2011-2012 with veteran war correspondent Marie Colvin.
