Leni Riefenstahl - Olympia - 1937-2002

The book "Olympia" with photographs by Leni Riefenstahl originally appeared in 1937. The book contains about 280 photographs. The photo book is partly combined with the eponymous film by Riefenstahl. Her work - book and film - has a clear Nazi influence and forms absolute propaganda tools. Riefenstahl was already notorious for years in Germany as an experienced photographer and cinematographer. After the war she continued with other subjects. She lived to be 101 years old (1902-2003).
