Grand vintage heavy hammered solid copper polenta pot, handmade Italian craftsmanship from the mid-20th century, ideal for cooking polenta, jams, or as a decorative fireplace piece.

Features:
- Tapered truncated-conical shape, reinforced and rounded rim, body in thick hammered copper with hammer marks.
- Swivel arched black wrought iron handle, anchored with iron plates and copper/brass rivets.
- Inner surface smooth with patina from use, outer surface with beautiful original brown-copper patina.
- Measurements: Top diameter 24 cm, height 15 cm, bottom diameter about 18 cm.
- Notably heavy, about 1.2–1.5 kg, copper thickness ~1.5 mm.

Conditions: good vintage condition, original patina, minor signs and iron oxidation consistent with age and use. No holes, stable base.
Age: 1950–1970
Material: solid copper and wrought iron
Interior not tin-lined: sold as a decorative collectible item, firewood holder, plant holder, indoor cachepot, chalet/masseria furnishing.
