Authentic Models Holland - Toy Rocking Horse A.D. 1880 - 1970-1980 - Netherlands

This detailed collectible item is a high-quality replica of a classic rocking horse from the year 1880 ("A.D. 1880"). The item is made of solid wood, fully hand-painted, and features a characteristic dapple gray (apple gray) pattern with blue spots. The pony is equipped with a real-hair tail, a red fabric bridle, and is mounted on an authentic wooden rocking and safety frame.

What makes this lot special is that the rocking horse is still in its original, richly illustrated storage box. The inside of the box is beautifully lined with a repeating pattern of galloping horses, providing a perfect presentation.
