The artist IPR Graph lives and works in the city of Alicante, Spain, where he develops his artistic practice in his own studio and gallery. He began his career in modern art, sculpture, and professional figurative painting, disciplines in which he acquired solid technical and conceptual training. However, it was his fascination with pop art and the dynamism of urban art that led him to find a freer contemporary language, devoid of traditional plastic constraints, allowing him to express himself with total creative independence.
His production sits at the convergence of neo-expressionism, urban art, and contemporary pop culture, establishing a personal style characterized by visual strength, chromatic energy, and iconic power. In his works, IPR Graph reinterprets universal figures from cinema, music, sports, manga, Japanese anime, and video games, constructing an imaginary world where cultural icons transform into symbols of collective memory.
Each piece is an exercise in emotional and psychological reinterpretation, where vibrant colors, urban grafitti, typographic collages, and intense pictorial gestures form portraits and scenes of great impact. These characters are not only recognizable by their image but also by the expressive and symbolic charge they convey, generating a dialogue between the viewer and contemporary visual culture.
Inspired by street art, collage, and modern expressionism, IPR Graph turns his canvases into an experimental field of great aesthetic freedom. Gesture, icon, and popular culture blend there, giving rise to works that are both provocative and refined, with a strong contemporary stamp.
The works presented in this auction are high-quality giclée reproductions on professional, resistant, and durable canvases. Each belongs to a limited edition of only 10 copies worldwide, making them collectible and exclusive pieces aimed at an audience that values both aesthetic strength and singularity in contemporary art.
Pikachu in an urban and powerful version, dressed as a collectible figure covered in graffiti. Its ears and yellow body, which usually evoke tenderness, are now vibrant canvases where letters, stains, and symbols explode in visual chaos. Its red suit, full of urban details, gives it the appearance of a street fighter, a warrior of pop culture who is no longer just part of the Pokémon world but part of the global collective imagination. The look remains sweet, but it is surrounded by violent colors, as if Pikachu had absorbed the rebellious energy of the city. The artwork achieves a perfect clash: the innocent and the subversive, the childish and the marginal, meet in a single character. Pikachu, turned into an urban mural, is no longer only the mascot of a video game, but an icon that transcends generations, a
