Candelabrum (2) - Spelter, Bronze - Napoléon III 3-light

Beautiful pair of large French three-light candelabras, Napoleon III era, second half of the 19th century.

Very rich decoration of draped figures, foliage, fruits, volutes and openwork motifs. The bases and main molded parts are in régule, combined with elements in coppery/brass alloy, notably the burner cups and some upper parts.

Height: 52 cm – width: 21 cm – depth: 19 cm – weight: 4.8 kg.
The gilding has been subsequently restored with care, in a uniform manner, and it particularly enhances the richness of the decoration and reliefs.
