The object shown is a classic Danish porcelain figurine known as "Milkmaid" (or "Girl with milk pail
The figurine was originally designed by the renowned sculptor Axel Locher for the porcelain manufacturer Bing & Grøndahl (B&G).
It bears model number 2181. Following the merger in 1987, many of these figurines were continued or sold under the Royal Copenhagen group.
