The choice to use a single board, rather than multiple assembled elements, gives the piece a strong material character and makes every detail of the surface continuous and unrepeatable. The warm tones of chestnut are enhanced by the processing and finish, which highlight the wood’s natural beauty.
The board is supported by a black metal framework with a geometric design, creating an elegant contrast between the rusticity of the wood and the contemporaneity of the structure.
