Ermenegildo Zegna grey calfskin leather bit loafer for men, EU 44, made in Italy, in very good pre-owned condition with very light signs of wear, featuring an apron toe moccasin construction, a silver-tone bit across the vamp on a leather band, and a leather sole with a low stacked heel.
Description from the seller
The bit loafer moved from horse tack to tailoring without ever losing either register, and this is the quieter Italian reading of it: a slim polished bit set on a leather band across the vamp, apron toe moccasin construction, and a hand burnished finish that graduates from near black at the toe to a smoked grey across the quarters. The sole is leather on a low stacked heel, which keeps the shoe in dress territory despite the slip on ease.
Design: apron toe moccasin slip on with fine vamp stitching, silver tone bit hardware mounted on a leather band across the vamp, leather sole with low stacked heel and closed edge
Size: US 11 / EU 44
Insole length: 29 cm / 11.42 in
Outsole width: 11 cm / 4.33 in
Material: burnished leather upper, leather lining, leather sole
Color: anthracite grey with graduated burnish, silver tone hardware
Condition: very good pre-owned condition.
Styling Notes: Charcoal flannel trousers with a clean break, a navy unstructured wool blazer, no socks showing, which is the proportion the bit loafer was designed to serve. The anthracite upper sits between the charcoal and the navy rather than fighting either, and the same shoe drops into dark raw denim and a fine gauge grey merino crewneck without changing register.
Any additional charges related to importing of goods by buyer, depending on the buyer's country, are not included in the item price and will be paid to the courier by the buyer
