Olympus Mju II Limited Burgundy 35mm compact camera with Olympus 35mm f/2.8 lens, offered including the accompanying Limited leather Olympus case, wrist strap and neck strap.
This concerns the special Burgundy/brown Limited Edition of the Olympus Mju II and not the much more common standard black or silver version. The Burgundy metallic finish makes this an interesting edition for both users and collectors.
The camera has been personally used by me and tested with film.
Technical condition
The camera functions fully as expected during my use and tests.
* Autofocus works correctly
* Film transport works correctly
* Frame spacing has been tested with film and is good
* Auto rewind works
* Flash works
* LCD display works
* Controls function properly
The fixed Olympus 35mm f/2.8 lens is in neat condition.
The camera has not only been checked without film but has actually been used and tested with film.
Cosmetic condition
Considering its age, the camera is in very neat used condition. There are some light signs of wear, but no features that affect operation. Please review the photos carefully for a good impression of the cosmetic condition.
The Burgundy metallic color is fairly difficult to photograph true to life. Depending on the incident light, the camera can appear dark burgundy/brown to almost black. In direct light, the metallic Burgundy finish is more clearly visible.
