French sugar shaker in silver-plated metal, late 19th – early 20th century, made by the silversmith Cailar Bayard.
Exclusive Belle Époque style piece, with a pierced band of arches and vegetal motifs, fluted base and lid with a turned knob. Retains its thick, removable interior glass vessel, original to the period.
Includes contrast and authentication record from the silversmith, as well as hallmark and metal weight: 9 g of silver in gross weight.
