Shown forcefully advancing, wearing the typical gladiators crested helmet, holding up a large round shield in front of his body, short kilt and leg-greaves marked below his knees, a tight fist possibly once holding a spear. Very nice incised details.
Size: 13 cm L - 5 1/8 inches
Material: Bronze
Culture: Greek style, Grand Tour, c. 19th Century A.D.
Condition: Intact

Provenance: Private London collection acquired before 2000.
