Perkeo Model 2 - Typewriter - 1910-1920

Folding typewriter PERKEO model 2, equipped with spools and case. Shows some signs of aging with paint and decals in acceptable condition; keys are not in perfect condition. Metal spools present, dry ribbon, spool stops and carriage stop (difficult to find as they were often lost).

MECHANICS: dedusted and lubricated with non-special oil (not spray); cleaned of gum and ink residue; levers operate, pressing a key advances the carriage by one space; margin stops present; may need adjustments for optimal operation.

PAINT and decals in acceptable condition considering age and use; shows some signs of aging deliberately not erased.

CASE: dedusted, internal catches on the base have been rebuilt, shows signs of aging; WITHOUT a key. Handle and internal straps present.

Preferably pick-up in person to assess condition and operation. If shipped, it will be packed in a double padded box but ships at the buyer’s expense and risk; no returns accepted; insurance is recommended.
