A highly sought-after collectible within the Tintin collection, the Tintin visiophone.

The visiophone is still in nice condition. The images rotate by turning the knob. If you turn the lever you hear a voice, though it is difficult to understand. But the mechanism seems to work. The dial rotates, the bells do not ring. It may need adjustment. Comes with the original box, which shows signs of use and age. The top flap is loose from the box, but it is included.

Hergé – De avonturen van Kuifje – De Kuifje-visiophone – 1960

Een zeer gewild verzamelobject binnen de Kuifje-collectie, de Kuifje-visiophone.

De visiophone is nog in mooie staat. De afbeeldingen roteren door het draaien aan de knop. Als je aan de hendel draait hoor je een stem, al is deze lastig te verstaan. Maar het mechanisme lijkt dus te werken. De draaischijf draait, de belletjes rinkelen niet. Wellicht moet dat afgesteld worden. Wordt geleverd met de originele doos, die gebruiks- en ouderdomssporen vertoont. De bovenste vlap zit los van de doos, maar zit er dus wel bij.
