A splendid and ancient oval wooden frame, richly hand-carved, pierced, and coated with gold leaf. Fabulous moulding with intricate inlays of vegetal scrolls and wonderful shells at the corners. Refined artisanal craftsmanship of the past, of great quality and Italian elegance. Some slight and normal signs of aging visible in the photos. Very charming and in good condition.
