JVC A-S3 stereo power amplifier, manufactured in 1979 in Singapore, delivering 22 watts per channel into 8 ohms, in good physical and tested working condition, with a brushed front panel and a small dent on the lower left, includes power cord, dimensions 42 x 9 x 25 cm, weight 5.1 kg.

Nice compact vintage hi-fi amplifier from the Japanese JVC, in good condition, both visually and sonically.

Model A-S3 by JVC made in Singapore and dating from 1979
Front panel brushed aluminium, a very small dent defect on the bottom left corner (see last photo) of the front panel.
Front: on/off switch; stereo headphone jack 6.35 mm; switches for the 2 speaker pairs A and B with the possibility to link both pairs. Rotating potentiometers for bass adjustment (bass), treble, volume and balance to equalize the left-right channels; Loudness switch (physiological correction), Tape (k7), Phono.
On the rear: the 3 possible inputs; PHono, Tuner and Tape (playback and recording) or via 5-pin RCA- or DIN-cables; the two terminals for the speaker pairs A and B.
