Elegant antique armchair in curved wood, in Thonet style, characterized by a distinctive fan-shaped backrest, wide curved arms, and a seat in Vienna straw weave.

The frame presents the typical sinuous shapes of curved-wood furniture from Viennese tradition, with a beautiful dark brown finish and a pleasant patina due to age.

The armchair is presented in good vintage condition, with normal signs of wear and use, including small abrasions, scratches and variations in the finish, visible in the photographs. The Vienna straw seat appears overall intact.

There are no stamps, labels or maker marks; therefore the piece is offered as an armchair in Thonet style and not as an original Thonet.
