Description from the seller
In the offer there is a Diana-F flash camera in nearly-new condition with instruction booklet, flash, a box of 10 Philips AG3B flash bulbs, and the original Diana-F lens cap.
In the 1960s, the Hong Kong-based company "Great Wall Plastic" produced these plastic film cameras. The camera uses 120 roll film for 16 exposures of 4x4 cm.
Today these niche and hype cameras are still highly sought after by collectors, but also bought by artists who greatly appreciate the special effects of the little lenses due to their blur and the occasional (or not) light leaks around the film gate.
The camera offered is in an exceptionally beautiful condition (almost like new) and works perfectly. There is a choice between I (instant) or B (bulb). The distance can also be set to 4-6 ft, 6-12 ft and 12 ft to infinity. At the bottom of the camera there is a sliding switch enabling the user to choose between cloudy, partly cloudy, or sunny.
The included Diana-F flash looks as good as new. It runs on 2 AA batteries. These can be inserted by turning the white inner ring in the flash shell a quarter turn to the left. Then carefully remove the silver flash shell from the housing.
The original packaging box is also in excellent condition. No tears, no creases, and no dents. Only at the corners and edges there is very light wear, but absolutely nothing that would be bothersome.
Don’t miss this opportunity to acquire a Diana-F in nearly-new condition with accessories for your collection, display cabinet, or to use this niche camera to create your own "art photography pictures". Convince yourself by looking at the photos. Good luck with your bidding.
The included instruction booklet is written in English and explains everything perfectly.
The whole will be very neatly packed and shipped with Track & Trace and insurance.
NOTE:
I always ship my goods with Track & Trace and insurance due to possible damage and theft.
I also ship my goods via Catawiki’s "Smart Shipping". They started this a few years ago to obtain better/lower shipping costs with various carriers, all for the buyer’s benefit. Catawiki handles everything and only sends me a digital shipping label that I have to affix to the package.
I therefore have no say in setting the shipping price.
If you cannot agree with this, please do not place bids.
Thank you in advance.
