All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcels, Mini Mail, and other carriers for delivery.

After payment is confirmed, we ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/new year, and Obon).
