We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, international parcels, and mini-mails for delivery.

After payment confirmation, we ship within 3–5 business days. (Excludes weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/New Year, and Obon holidays.)

• Minor external dents (slight deformation, dents, scuffs) which will be regarded as shipping trouble.
