Shipping and handling policy:

All items are shipped directly from Japan with care.

We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcels, Mini Mail, etc., for shipping.

After payment confirmation, we will ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/new-year, and Obon).

All items are packaged with protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.

However, we do not take responsibility for damage, loss, or value loss that may occur during international transport, customs clearance, or shipping delays.

Cancellation and return policy:

Cancellations and returns are not accepted after the auction ends.

Non-cancellable cases:
- Subtle differences from the images (especially centering)
- Condition of the outer packaging of unopened packs (not included with this item)
- Failure to acknowledge duties/taxes

- Minor damage to the outer packaging (slight deformation, dent, scuff) which we consider a shipping-related issue.
