Splendid Vintage Bronze Statue - Oriental Water Carrier

A refined vintage sculpture in solid metal (bronze), depicting an eastern female figure (water carrier in rural dress) in traditional attire, intent on carrying two baskets suspended on a yoke.
The work stands out for its strong Orientalist taste and the care given to the details, visible both in the decorative folds of the dress and in the facial features.
The metal is solid, not hollow, as demonstrated by the solid base and the substantial weight.
The casting has no visible signatures or marks, fitting into the fine decorative production of the first half of the 20th century.
