Denon POA-F100 is a high-quality compact 3-channel power amplifier housed in an elegant mid-sized enclosure, technically in 100% good working condition and optically in neat condition. A rare and audiophile-grade multi-channel power amplifier from the renowned 'Personal Component 100' series of the Japanese hi-fi brand Denon, specifically developed to drive three speaker channels (such as Front L/R + Center, or Center + Surround L/R) with musical refinement and tight control.
The POA-F100 contains three identical, discreetly built output stages powered by a heavy linear power supply with an oversized transformer and high-quality audio-smoothing capacitors. Each of the three channels delivers a stable continuous power of 30 Watts RMS into 8 ohms (or about 45 Watts into 4 ohms), which provides ample current headroom for a dynamic and open sound image with notably controlled bass.
The front is finished in stylish, solid brushed aluminum and features separate speaker selection buttons. At the rear there are three separate gold-plated RCA line inputs for the L, R and C (or surrounds) channels, accompanied by sturdy screw terminals for all three speakers. Thanks to system connectivity, the amplifier can automatically follow connected Denon components or external triggers in on/off operation.
The unit has been extensively tested, functions technically flawlessly and is exceptionally suitable for surround expansions, 3-channel home cinema setups, or active multi-zone configurations.
