This heavy vintage champagne cooler made of cut crystal and a gold-colored copper top rim was manufactured by the Belgian manufacturer Val Saint Lambert, probably around the 1950s.
The cooler is characterized by a luxurious appearance with a gold-colored (gilded) heavy rim with rings as handles.
Such champagne coolers / ice buckets are often sought after as part of a Hollywood Regency style bar set.

Deze zware vintage champagne koeler van geslepen kristal en goudkleurige koperen bovenring is vervaardigd door de Belgische fabrikant Val Saint Lambert, waarschijnlijk rond de jaren 50.
De koeler  is kenmerkend door een luxueuze uitstraling met een goudkleurige ( vergulde ) zware rand met ringen als handvaten.
