Laguiole - Bougna - Pocketknife Contemporary

Laguiole Bougna pocket knife or folding knife made of colored pakkah wood with a corkscrew in a beautiful case with a sharpening steel, belt sheath, and oil to keep the knife well maintained.

A spring with engraved decorations on the back of the handle together with the famous Laguiole bee. It also features the shepherd’s cross on the handle. This is the symbol against which shepherds on long treks across the land could pray for their meal, with the knife stuck in the bread. Because French shepherds also liked wine, there were versions made with a corkscrew, of which this is one.

Equipped with a colored pakkah wood handle with brass bolsters. This knife has an elegant, robust, and original design. The sharp, finely etched stainless steel blade is highly resistant to corrosion.

Laguiole
The well-known knife from France is originally a beautiful functional pocket knife. Laguiole is not a brand name, but a reference to a French village. It was designed with as its starting point a Spanish pocketknife called navaja and a local French small knife called capuchadou.
