Description from the seller
Complete collection of 12 volumes of The Great Philatelic Collections: Egypt, one of the most important and exhaustive reference works and study catalogs on postal history and philately of Egypt, edited by Joseph H. Chalhoub and originally published by the prestigious auction house David Feldman SA, Geneva. 75 books of each volume were printed for worldwide distribution. New and unopened in perfect condition. It also comes with a plus volume dedicated to the stamps of the Suez Canal. A work of equally high reference value from which only 250 copies were printed worldwide.
Each of the volumes is devoted to a specialized aspect or period of Egyptian stamps and mail: a limit of 75 books per volume was printed, hence its rarity. This collection is kept in PERFECT CONDITION NEVER OPENED OR USED.
Collection structure by volumes
* Volume I: Commemoratives (The First Issues (1866) and the Monarchy Period (1922-1952))
* Volume II: Foreign Post Offices

* Volume VI: The Early Postal History

For a prestigious Egyptian collector or professional philatelist.
