Beautiful fossil specimen of Nematonotus from Lebanon, on a large slab, 36 cm x 21 cm.
Period: Cretaceous, 90-100 million years ago.
On the same slab there are other fossil remains, among which a fossil shrimp can be seen near the fish's tail.
The size of the fish is 13 cm x 4 cm.

Bellissimo esemplare fossile di Nematonotus proveniente dal Libano, su lastra di grande dimensione, 36cm x 21cm.
Periodo, Cretaceo 90-100 milioni di anni fa. 
Nello stessa lastra sono presenti altri elementi fossili, tra cui si vede un gambero fossile vicino alla coda del pesce.
La dimensione del pesce è di 13cm x 4cm.
