Natural fuchsite flame from Brazil, Green Striped Fuchsite Flame carved from a block of natural fuchsite, 18 cm high, 11 cm wide, 5 cm deep, weight 1.44 kg, Rare.
Description from the seller
Green Striped Fuchsite Flame — This flame has been carved from a block of natural fuchsite, a bright green variety of muscovite belonging to the mica group. Its characteristic color, ranging from light green to emerald green with golden and silvery hues, is mainly due to the presence of chromium within the crystalline structure. The visible bands and veins create a vibrant, shifting effect, giving the piece dynamism and uniqueness. Mineralogically, fuchsite belongs to the phyllosilicates and displays a typical micaceous cleavage, which yields silky reflections and superficial glints. This mineral forms in aluminum- and silica-rich metamorphic rocks, often in association with quartz, corundum, or kyanite. Historically and symbolically, fuchsite has been valued as a stone linked to regeneration, resilience, and a connection with nature. In many traditions it is associated with the heart and vitality, connected to the life cycle and the capacity to renew itself. In modern crystal therapy, it is considered a stone useful for stimulating optimism, creativity, and inner harmony. The flame-shaped workmanship enhances the stone’s natural veining and reflections, transforming this specimen into a refined collectible object while also serving as a decor piece with strong visual impact. With its fresh, bright hues, fuchsite brings a touch of natural energy and balance to any environment. Main characteristics: Material: Natural fuchsite Crystallographic system: Monoclinic Group: Phyllosilicates (micas) Color: Green with silvery and golden reflections Workmanship: Hand-carved and hand-polished in flame shape
