A pair of decorative gilded metal and marble urns in the Louis XVI / neoclassical style, dating to the late 19th century (1850–1900), each about 36 cm tall and 20–21 cm wide with a veined polychrome marble base, in excellent condition with minor wear.

Elegant pair of antique decorative metal gildedurns, richly adorned in a neoclassical / Louis XVI taste.
Each urn features a pear-shaped body decorated with floral garlands, tied ribbons, baskets of flowers and raised vegetal motifs. The sides are embellished with ram heads bearing movable rings, while two large openwork scroll handles frame the neck.
The top presents a festooned edge with petal decor, while the lower part rests on a molded foot itself fixed to a circular veined marble base, finished with small spherical feet.
The ensemble offers a striking decorative presence and great symmetry, ideal for display on a mantel, a console, or in a classical interior.
