Tannoy - 603 Speaker set

The Tannoy 603 speakers are compact bookshelf models from the well-known series from the early 1990s. Unique to this series is the hexagonal enclosure with no parallel side walls, which effectively counters internal resonances and standing waves. Despite the absence of the traditional Dual Concentric, these speakers deliver an astonishingly accurate, three-dimensional stereo image and a very balanced sound. The playback is smooth and warm, with a detailed treble. Due to their compact size they perform best in smaller rooms or at low to moderate volumes.
