Amplifier in pure Class A, referencing the Model 570.
Japanese version with a beautiful wooden enclosure, not aluminum like the European version.
A bit about the sound:
The midrange is rated phenomenally, velvety and dense, yet it has dynamics. Vocals have great immediacy and naturalness.
So far I’ve heard such a midrange only in tube amplifiers.
Excellent soundstage and instrument decay, very good control of bass for a Class A design.
The amplifier sounds far more powerful than its 30 W rating would suggest.
