Set of 18 vintage horse-shaped knife rests in full gallop – Silver-plated metal – Italy, 1960s/1970s – With original packaging
Set consisting of 18 vintage horse-shaped knife rests in gallop. The items are made of silver-plated metal with a bright mirror finish of strong visual impact.
The 18 knife rests are in excellent aesthetic condition, beautifully preserved and recently polished. They show no deformations, no obvious loss of silvering, and no significant signs of wear on the metal structure.
The items come with their three original period packaging boxes, each containing 6 pieces. Please view the photos carefully for the following preservation details: two boxes include the internal cardboard structure and the original red fabric lining, while the third box (the central one in the photo) lacks the outer rigid cardboard.
All three protective transparent plastic lids (acetate) have yellowed with time and show partial cracks/crepes.
