Decorative set of two vintage wall mirrors in Rococo/Louis XV style, finished with gracefully shaped wooden frames in a gold color.
Both mirrors have an elegant, wavy form and feature richly worked ornaments at the top and bottom with floral motifs and rocaille. The gold finish has developed an attractive aged patina over the years.
On the glass of one piece is still the original diamond-shaped label reading “Made in UM Belgium,” indicating Belgian production.
The mirrors are in good vintage condition. Normal signs of aging and use are present, including local wear and craquelé/discoloration of the gold finish. This contributes to the authentic character. Please examine the photos carefully; they are an integral part of the description.
