Solid Oak Trestle Bench with Exposed Joinery, Rustic Modern, circa 1960–1970

Workshop-made solid oak furniture with a substantial architectural construction. The thick rectangular top, broad trestle feet and long central stretcher are joined through traditional exposed timber joints, giving the piece a strong sculptural character.

Rustic Modern with Brutalist influence. Its compact proportions allow it to function as a low bench, occasional table or display platform. The warm oak grain and pronounced structural joinery suit natural-material, wabi-sabi, chalet and mid-century interiors.

Well-preserved vintage condition with an attractive age-related surface patina and light traces of use. The structure remains substantial and stable. It will be shipped exactly as shown in the photographs, so please examine all images carefully.
