Venetian sideboard in painted and lacquered wood, in the Venetian baroque-rococo style, measuring 220 cm wide by 102 cm high and 56 cm deep, made of polychrome wood and originating from Italy, in good used condition with minor signs of age and staining.

Venetian painted and lacquered wooden sideboard, Baroque-Rococo style
Large and scenographic sideboard in shaped wood, painted and lacquered, realized according to the taste of late Baroque and Rococo Venetian furniture.
The piece features an elegant undulating and bombé front, articulated in four doors – two central and two side – and two upper drawers.
The shaped top follows the sinuous contour of the structure, echoed also by the substantial modanated base with shelf-like feet and scrollwork.
Rich polychrome decoration on a brick-red marbleized background, with large ochre and cream reserves framed and adorned by volutes and rocaille motifs in shades of gray-blue and sage green. Interior of great capacity divided into multiple compartments with shaped shelves and damask lining.
The piece preserves a marked patina of use with craquelure, abrasions, color loss and wear compatible with the age and history of the object, particularly visible on the top and on the frames.
