Large Copper Sauté Pan – Special Series Villedieu – France – 20th Century
Professionally shipped – more than 950 five-star reviews worldwide.
French sauté pan in solid copper from the Special Series of Villedieu. The pan has a heavy construction with a flat bottom and a long cast-iron handle. The handle is attached to the pan with two copper rivets. The interior is fully tinned. A sturdy piece of traditional French cookware.
Diameter 24 cm, height 7 cm, total length 48 cm; weight 1.9 kg; wall thickness about 2 mm; marked “Série Spéciale Villedieu”; the tinning is in very good condition, with light signs of use and aging on the copper and the handle.
