Description from the seller
Offered: a beautiful icon of Dutch Design: the minimalist EU04 sideboard, designed by the legendary designer Cees Braakman for UMS Pastoe in the early 1960s. A timeless centerpiece that, thanks to its clean form and shallow depth, can perfectly serve as a high-end TV stand or lowboard in a modern or Mid-Century interior. Features & Design: Warm Teak & Matte Black. Contrast: The sleek body is made from warm teak wood (teak veneer) with a calm, elegant wood grain. This forms a strong, graphic contrast with the two large, matte-black sliding doors. Floating Minimalism: The piece rests on the iconic, slender black metal L-poles. Because these legs are subtly set inward, the cabinet has a minimalist and airy, almost floating appearance. Freestanding placement: The rear of this model is also finished with teak veneer. This allows the sideboard to be beautifully placed freely in the room, for example as a room divider.
