Large professional Wegro frying pan, made of heavy copper with a stainless steel interior and a long riveted brass handle. The thick copper wall ensures fast and even heat distribution. The pan also features a practical pouring rim, making liquids and sauces easy and controlled to pour out. The stainless steel interior is durable, easy to maintain and makes the pan practical for daily use. The copper shows clear signs of years of use, bearing witness to a genuine culinary history and giving the pan a nicely lived character.
