Professionally shipped – more than 950 five-star reviews worldwide.
Set of two copper cooking pans from the Culinox series of the Swiss Spring. Executed in copper with a stainless steel interior and long brass handles.
The combination of copper and stainless steel unites the good heat conduction of copper with the ease and durability of a maintenance-friendly stainless steel inner surface. Both pans have a practical pour spout around the edge, allowing sauces and other liquids to be poured easily and in a controlled manner.
Nice used pans with a clear culinary history. The copper and handles show signs of use and patina. The interior of the smaller pan is locally speckled; the exterior of the larger pan also shows some stains. The bottoms are no longer perfectly flat, so use on a gas stove is recommended.
