Hester Scheurwater is an atypical Dutch artist; she is considered by some critics a fabulous artist (not all critics), she began her career in the best possible way with an exhibition in 2008 at MoMA in New York, she regularly held exhibitions all over the world, always generating great enthusiasm.
She got prestigious Awards; I have uploaded at the end a listing of them
You will note that the book has been published (2011) by the photography editor considered as the best in the world; Walter Keller (1953-2014); I think that Keller didn't edit Scheurwater if he considered that she hadn't talent; he wrote the foreword in the book; I have uploaded at the end his portrait with a short biography; he was the founder and director of the publication Scalo where all the masters of photography were published.
He had a very important influence on all the new photography.
This is a limited edition (only 250 copies) signed and numbered by Hester, with a print art signed and numbered (protected in a paraffin pocket at the end).
Hardback with jacket, cover with natural linen cloth, 30.5 x 24 cm, 110 pages (unpaginated)
The jacket is a bit worn with a bump and scratch on one corner, folds on the edges, small scratches on the spine and here and there (photos); you will note a deep scuff at the back (photos), corners more or less worn (photos)
Inside stayed very good to excellent, a slight yellow band on the white pages at the perimeter; photos are full-bleed so not visible on these,
