For collectors and lovers of vintage handmade embroidery, three linen natural-fiber towels, pure linen, dating from 1980/1990, in white. In excellent condition. Two large bath towels, and one standard hand/face towel.
Origin: Italian, Veneto region.
Viewing the photos is an integral part of the description. The towels are hand-embroidered, floral patterns in frames, white-on-white embroidery, filet lace, petit-point, decorative stitches. The fabrics measure 107x87 cm; 107x68 cm and 113x79 cm and they also have hand-hemmed edges in punto di giorno. To the touch they are light, slightly stiff and rough, typical of natural fiber, and seem very absorbent and enveloping. Minor signs of aging.
They will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking by a trusted courier.
