Vintage mechanical push-button rotary ashtray from the French brand Soveno (“Trademark and model registered / Patent SGDG”). Design typical of the 1950s-1960s, combining black Bakelite, chrome metal and a beige inner structure.
The screw/propeller mechanism works by pressing the upper pushbutton to drop the ashes into the lower reservoir, thereby minimizing odors. The upper part detaches from the base to facilitate emptying and cleaning.

Condition
In vintage used condition with signs of aging.
The pushbutton mechanism is functional.
Note: Wear to the black paint/coating under the base (friction) as well as at the bottom of the inner tub (see detailed photos). Slight patina of use on the metal and the interior of the tub.

Cendrier rotatif à poussoir mécanique vintage de la marque française Soveno (« Marque et modèle déposés / Brev. SGDG »). Design typique des années 1950-1960, alliant bakélite noire, métal chromé et structure intérieure beige.
Le mécanisme à hélices fonctionne par pression sur le poussoir supérieur pour faire tomber les cendres dans le réservoir inférieur, évitant ainsi les odeurs. La partie supérieure se détache du socle pour faciliter le vidage et le nettoyage.

En état vintage d'usage avec des traces d'ancienneté.
 Le mécanisme à poussoir est fonctionnel.
 À noter : Usure de la peinture/revêtement noir sous la base (frictions) ainsi qu'au fond de la cuve intérieure (voir photos détaillées). Légère patine d'usage sur le métal et l'intérieur de la cuve.
