Set of 13 antique stereoscopic glass plates in the 6 × 13 cm format, devoted to several Alpine landscapes and French natural sites.
We notably discover the ferme des Écouges, the Gorges de la Bourne, the road of Écouges, the Tarentaise towards Val-d’Isère, the gorges of the Isère near Tignes, the Thuile tunnel in Tarentaise, as well as the Gorges du Fier and a landscape of Apremont in the Fontainebleau forest.
The views show mountain roads carved in rock, tunnels, cliffs, valleys, waterfalls, wooded landscapes and rural buildings.
