The Appleton Estate Hearts Collection 2003 is a top-tier Jamaican rum, produced in a limited-edition by the historic Appleton Estate distillery. Distilled in 2003 and aged for 18 years in the tropics in Jamaica, it is obtained from a single marque 100% Pot Still, personally selected by Master Blender Joy Spence in collaboration with Luca Gargano (Velier). Bottled in 2021 at its natural strength of 63% ABV, without dilution, it expresses the full aromatic richness typical of great Jamaican rums. With a production limited to 5,000 bottles, this edition of the prestigious Hearts Collection is today highly sought after by collectors and represents one of the best examples of the intense and authentic character of Appleton Estate.
