Canon Canonet 28 with 2,8/40mm | Analogue camera

The Canon Canonet 28 is a rangefinder camera with a 40mm f/2.8 lens. These cameras were made in the year 1971 and are therefore called the “1971 type.”

The camera offered here is in very nice to almost mint condition. The camera has been checked and works perfectly.

The camera runs on one EPX625G battery and is included. The light meter works excellently, and in automatic mode if there isn’t enough light, the shutter will not fire. The viewfinder is very bright. The shutter speeds range from 1/30 sec to 1/620 sec. ASA values can be set between 25 and 400. Focusing is very smooth from 0.8 m to infinity. The rangefinder works very well and there is a fairly well-contrasted image between the two fields. The Canon f/2.8 40mm lens is razor sharp, undamaged, with no fungi and no haze present.
